Pordenone, part of the "Festival of the silent film"



The Pordenone Film Festival, dedicated to silent film, is among the fifty most interesting in the world. The note says the magazine "Variety". It will be held next October first through eight and is entitled "Giornate del cinema muto."

As reported by the ANSA agency, this year there will be great celebrations. Expectations are in fact many rare and curious new discoveries. First of all the films "The White Shadow" by Graham Cutts, 1924, where Alfred Hitchcock is assistant director, screenwriter, set designer and editor.
